Care Guidelines

Dry Cleaning (Recommended)
For optimal care, we recommend professional dry cleaning. Please opt for eco-friendly services that utilize non-toxic cleaning methods.
Hand Wash (Alternative)
Turn the garment inside out to protect intricate details.
Use cold water with a gentle, eco-friendly detergent.
Wash by hand without wringing.
Lay flat to air dry on a clean towel, avoiding direct sunlight.
Note: Machine washing and tumble drying are strongly discouraged as they may damage the embellishments and overall integrity of the garment.

Additional Care Tips
Inspect for any loose threads or embellishments and make necessary repairs.
Store in a cool, dry place, preferably in a folded manner to maintain shape.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in the United States. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 7-10 business days. We offer free shipping on orders over $50.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy on all items. To return an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will provide you with a return shipping label. Items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will provide you with an exchange shipping label. Exchanges are only available for items that are in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.
